This total body workout needs no equipment and will give you the most rewards for the minimal time. Bodyweight workouts are killer when there's no gym or you don't feel like spending hours working out when you can be out exploring, on the beach, or spending time with your families. The Fitness by Eve Total Body Workout Series are the most effective quick workouts designed to fit into your summer or busy schedule.

Bodyweight exercises are the perfect way for you to stay in shape and bikini ready. You can do any of the 3 workouts in this series in any order as often as you want.

  • No equipment needed

  • 4 or 10 minute options

  • Can be done anytime, anyplace, no excuses! During sunset on the beach, on your hotel balcony, poolside, in the park with friends, wherever you feel like it.

  • To make it harder, do it on the beach. The extra resistance will add to the challenge. Remember to stretch your calvess after if you do this!

  • Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.

OR

  • Perform as many reps as possible in 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
